Our Austrian/German-style Christmas Stollen is crafted with Candito orange and lemon peel, organic heritage stoneground flour, organic Khorasan flour, organic Madelaine eggs, cultured butter, almonds and warm spices, all wrapped around a smooth marzipan centre.

Slow-fermented and baked by hand, this festive loaf keeps beautifully for up to one month. As it gently ages, the flavour becomes deeper, richer and more aromatic.

Ingredients - Organic baker’s flour, heritage stoneground flour, organic white khorasan, milk, egg, wholewheat starter, honey, sugar, salt, dry yeast, butter, spice mix, toasted almonds, raisins, dried figs, candied orange peel, candied lemon peel, rum, marzipan. (may contain traces - soy, sesame, peanuts, other tree nuts)
