Our limited-edition Pride Month Fruit Loaf is a naturally leavened sourdough created in collaboration with Sebastian Pasinetti, celebrating Pride Month through thoughtful baking and real community support.

Made with stoneground purple wheat, honey, Davidson plum, candied green apple, and hibiscus (rosella), this loaf is gently sweet, deeply coloured, and produced in limited weekly batches throughout February.

All profits are donated to the Victorian Pride Centre.

Ingredients

Honey, Davidson plum, rosella (hibiscus flower), candied green apple, salt, purple whole-wheat sourdough starter.

We use single-origin Lancer flour from Provenance and stoneground purple wheat from FPM Cereal Milling, sourced directly from Australian farmers and millers committed to sustainable, small-scale grain production.
