A trio of naturally leavened fougasse, each baked with a different cheese-forward topping and designed for sharing.
Includes:
• Kimchi & Raclette with soy glaze
• Emmental, Chive & Peperoncini
• Gruyère & Caramelised Onion with butter and lemon thyme
Soft, open crumb with crisp edges, made using a blend of organic baker’s flour, organic stoneground white, organic rye and organic wholewheat flour.
Perfect for grazing tables, long lunches or festive gatherings.
Served as three individual fougasse.
Each fougasse is pre-cut for sharing.
